Spring is in the air . . . Let’s play ball!

Pete started of this season playing softball for his work team. They call them selves “Thorn In Your Side.” I wouldn’t quite say they live up to their name just yet. The first game was a 9 to 7 loss for TIYS. They all looked a bit rusty but they defiantly have potential. I’m sure with a bit of practice they’ll warm right up to the winners circle soon enough. Nadia even offered Daddy a little advice on the proper way to hold a glove.

Pete of course had the largest fan club on his side. Nadia and I went to cheer him on and were shortly joined by two friendly fowl. “Quack, Quack!” Shortly after the game began our cheer leading squad grew by two when Auntie Rey and her furry canine friend Cody showed up. "Wuf, Wuf!"

All in all we had a fun filled day at the fields. We even caught a beautiful sunset, pictured here behind Nadia. The best part was watching Nadia cheering on Daddy, "Good Job Daddy, You did it!"
